Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how subscription cancellation, non-renewal, and refunds are handled for Draftroom.
Effective date: March 16, 2026
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription or choose not to renew it at any time by contacting thaherster@gmail.com or by using available billing controls where enabled.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to paid features continues until that period ends.
Refunds
Except where required under applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing, payments for subscriptions, setup, onboarding, implementation, storage add-ons, pilot fees, and related services are non-refundable once paid.
No partial or prorated refund is issued for unused time, unused seats, unused storage, or early cancellation during an active billing cycle unless a written commercial agreement says otherwise.
Trials, Pilots, and Custom Contracts
Where Draftroom provides a free trial, pilot period, or temporary evaluation access, customers are expected to assess the service during that period before upgrading.
Annual plans, enterprise arrangements, pilot agreements, or custom commercial packages may be governed by a separate signed proposal, order form, MSA, SOW, or service agreement.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than agreed, or billed incorrectly, contact thaherster@gmail.com with the relevant billing details. Verified billing errors may be corrected through a refund, reversal, or account credit.
